Anchor Snubbers - Economy

The new 48 North Marine Economy Anchor Snubber is made of high-quality, marine-grade, UV stabilized 3-strand nylon rope and quality galvanized hardware. The thimble is professionally spliced into a hard eye and the shackle is load rated. We treat the boat end to prevent unraveling - no tape needed! Add the optional load rated hook and you're all set.

Note: We re-vamped our economy snubber line over the winter. Our former product sacrificed strength to achieve the price point needed by many budget-minded folks. We needed a product that met the price point and had the strength of our everyday products; we feel we accomplished that by moving to galvanized hardware and reducing the treatments (seizing, whipping, etc). Galvy hardware can be rough and we spent considerable time sourcing the best of the galvanized stuff out there. The good stuff is more expensive so we split the difference - losing a little in margin and adding a little to the cost. This product is solid.

Sailing the Inside Passage and not accepting custom orders until we return in the fall. Orders are restricted to "stock" items only.
